HAVSTERK AS has developed a series of
environmental modules for the collection
and treatment of dead fish from fish farms.
The development of the barges has been a long
process from idea to finished product.
This work is based on Alex Vassbotten's
many years of experience in fish farming.
Mundal Båt AS (Marine Dept.) is
responsible for sales and production.
The Havsterk modules are considered
a major innovation in the aquaculture industry.
The barges are made from composite material
and are equipped with a crane, mixer and mill,
with automatic introduction of acid.
